Amazing service from Allister Houston this morning at Prepaid24. After being in the wrong myself, he handled my query without being rude or pointing out my errors once. Even finishing an email sent, with: "have a lovely day". How nice! Being in client services myself I know how difficult it is at times to compose oneself & remain professional, nevermind friendly. Allister certainly went beyond that. Thank you!! Keep it up1!
