Prepaid24 Bad Service

Yesterday the 24th of March our local spar was offline to purchase electricity. I decided to go online to purchase, I used prepaid24.co.za , i registered on their site page, then had to do a payment and thereafter select the meter and the amount. The transaction took some time as it failed twice. Thereafter the order went through, I have been waiting for a token or a pin from this company to enter into my prepaid meter from lastnight, and now I dont have electricity! This is by far the most pathetic service you can get, I dont kkow why people try to do online businesses with such useless service or procedure! I dont recommend anybody using prepaid24...
