I made a payment to my municipality, (in my defence it was past midnight) instead of Prepaid24. When I didn't received my tokens, I wasn't happy at all. I contacted them via Live Support, and was assisted by Paul Boshoff, when I only then realized my mistake. He was friendly, and very supportive and even \forgave"me my mistake. Problem not happily settled. """
