Prepaid Token

After buying a token for electricity, Prepaid usually sends the token number via sms. If the system is off line, I would also be informed and the token is then sent later. Saturday afternoon, I noticed that I am running out of units, so I made an EFT payment. No message came through with the Token, but I waited until Sunday morning and checked again. There was still no token. I then sent an email to Prepaid, enquiring about it. I received the token within 15 minutes via email! Prepaid really deserves to be complimented on good service, which it quite rear nowadays. Thank you, Vanessa.
