Prepaid electricity token not received. Be careful when purchasing.

After the registration process they showed me the banking details for different banks which you can use to purchase. I purchased R 300 worth of prepaid electricity and nowhere did they show what to put under the reference. After chatting with someone they told me that I will receive my token within 15 mins. Still waiting! Wanted to start a chat again, but now the site is down and wont load. Can someone please help.
