Prepaid electricity

I bought electricity on line this morning at about 6.30 and instead of putting in the correct reference I only entered a 1. In a panic I left a message on their website explaining the situation by 7:10 I had received a call back and by 7:00 I had the voucher numbers. Outstanding service!!
