Prepaid / Claudia could not have been more helpful

My mom is in Gauteng I am in Cape Town. My mom took a fall this week and is 80 years old. She could not drive to the petrol station to buy electricity so I said I would do this via the internet. My mom understands nothing about technology but I work as an implementation consultant so I feel I know what I am doing. Its very sad to have your mom at one end of the phone crying while I am reassuring her I know what I am doing. NOT me but Claudia of Prepaid 24 knew what she was doing. She helped me register and watched two of my transactions via Nedbank EFT go through to verify that my mom had the right codes to enter into her meter. ( my mom needed to call the security at her her complex to enter the 20 digit code as she is unable to do this herslef) Thank you Claudia & Prepaid 24 I could not have done this without you
