Prepaid

Hi there is this people who call themselves prepaid 24,for my side they're service is not up to standard yesterday I bought electricity via standard bank app on my side it shows that payment has been done,but to my surprise they tell me to send proof I did that but stii today no token,but they are saying in 5 to 15 minutes you get your token,i regret trusting them again cause even last month they did the same thing,I had to sleep without electricity.
