Prepaid 24 assistant life chat Rene
My wife made a huge mistake by purchasing a wrong amount...a biggg amount. She contact them on life chat and Rene assisted her and in 5 min. She had her amount electricity deducted from the amount paid and promise of the rest being refunded. Wow, thank you Rene!
