Pins Not Being Delivered....

After Buying Electricity from Prepaid 24, my Pin is being withheld.

The Classic South Africa Proverb: "The System is offline" is of course to blame.

My Power has since gone off, with little to no help from Prepaid 24, they are quick to take your money, but slow to deliver the Pin for the product...

even if another system is offline, they should warn consumers looking to purchase the product clearly on their website, or social media of possible impacts, so people can plan and spend accordingly.
