Payment was successful. Purchase was unsuccessful. They stated to get in contact within 15 minutes. That did not happen. The contact button didn't work on the website causing a JavaScript error. Looks like a ****. I would not recommend this company

I received emails and phone calls and they will look into the matter with their IT department to improve customer experience. They refunded the amount immediately. I must say the response was very professional and there is no reason not to trust this company. I give them 4 stars now. You did a great job here and your slogan " EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS" seems true to me!
