Payment to wrong Reference number
Hi<br> <br> I made a payment for electricity on the Prepaid24 site but to the wrong account / reference number.<br> <br> I e-mailed my little mistake to the team at Prepaid24 and within less than a hour they rep**** back with changes as well as proof that my issue was resolved and corrected.<br> <br> They really went the extra mile in sorting out my problem.<br> <br> Thanks a million.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Shaune
