Outstanding service — even before becoming a customer!

Prepaid24 has been absolutely incredible. Even before I purchased anything from them, they went out of their way to help me - at all hours of the night - patiently guiding me through issues that would have left me without electricity or water. They’ve already saved the day twice.

Theo, my agent, deserves a special mention. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me, even though I hadn’t bought from them yet. That level of care is rare and speaks volumes about the company.

If this is how Prepaid24 treats people before they’re customers, I can only imagine how good their ongoing service is. Highly recommended.
