Outstanding service
Zeeta B assisted me with reprocessing my transaction due to Credit Control at the municipality placing a block on our new prepaid meter. Once we had the meter unblocked, Zeeta followed through and kept trying until the token was accepted. Her communication and follow up emails and sms's were so appreciated. Thank you for the outstanding service.
