Outstanding Service
<p>I attempted my first online electricity purchase recently, registering on Prepaid24. I completed all the requested details and made the payment. In less than 15min I was notified that I might not have a municipal meter, but a personal meter. I was not aware of this difference and was only renting the apartment. I informed Prepaid24 of my mistake (via email as well as the Live Chat function - which actually works perfectly) and I've been refunded the full amount in less than 24 hours. Very few online companies would have provided such exccellent service. I highly recommend using their services, and will return to Prepaid24 myself in the future. 10/10.</p>
