Outstanding and quick service
Was having an issue loading a Neotel voucher and got into a ping pong email with one of the agents without getting anywhere. Hopped onto the live service and was helped immediately! John was quick, polite and eventually re-imbursed me with the R100 voucher, no hassles. One of the best online service providers out there.
