Utterly useless, and basically *****. They take your money, no support, no confirmations, nothing. Don't bother using them. Just get in your car, it's easier. It's going to take days to unravel a simple electricity purchase. I suspect I will be forced to take the voucher, even if it arrives a week from now, forcing me to go and purchase again, because their T's & C's protect them from their bull**** advertising.
