Not Reliable
Unreliable, about 70% uptime in terms of actually depositing in SmartFund, for business reasons we need to make multiple transactions for various employees, some days they take our money but balance is not updated although proof of payment is recieved from payfast, moving back to fnb, more expensive but reliable.

19 Sept 2024, 12:38Good afternoon Wesley,
I tried to call you twice, but to no avail.
I had a look on the system and can confirm that there was about a 15 minute delay in processing your multiple payment(s) that we received - however this was not intentional and is system related.
Your transaction was slightly delayed because of a precautionary measure we call the duplicate policy - this means that should the system receive a payment for the same amount within 5 days the system will automatically fail it and wait for manual intervention before it can process this is in an attempt to protect the end consumer ( like yourself) against ***** and *******ion.
To overcome this slight delay in future, you are more than welcome to adjust your purchase amounts ever so slightly ( example R90, R91, R92).
Should you wish to speak to someone directly please do contact us on our live support accordingly.
Have a lovely day further.
Kind regards,
Cecilé
