Nope that is not my problem, I have my money
So I understand that prepaid24 just sits in the middle and takes money for dishing out tokens but surely they can do something for the money like liaising with the municipality when a token they provided and took money for does not work. But no, they could not care less, they have their share so ***** you and the lame donkey you rode in on. I will 100% not buy another token through them, I mean, they add ZERO value.

We do advise that you contact your municipality to send out a technician to have a look at your meter.
Unfortuantely, we are unable to reverse the tokens.
