NO VOUCHER NO SOLUTIONS NEARLY 24 HRS!!!!
Not happy NOT HAPPY at all!!!!! Bought electricity 01/05/2015 and received message that there was some error but none of my details like machine number or anything has changed. I have been in contacted with online service who has usually been able to assist but up to now 02/05 17:00 still NO resolution. I have been to 3 different service stations and they are all offline so I cant even manually buy any electricity!!!!! Everyone keeps on telling me it has been referred to their main vendor BUT this does not help me as i do not have electricity!!!!! I have just been refered to buy electricity from my \municipality"but REALLY which municipality is open at 17:00 on a Saturday??? PLEASE RESOLVED URGENTLY!!! Money has been deducted from account but NO electricity!!!!!! """

Thank you for taking our call on Saturday and allowing us to explain what the issue was with your meter blocking Prepaid24 from vending to you.
Prepaid24's Live support did refer you to the municipality as they are the only one that can rectify the technical error that we were experiencing when trying to issue a token to you Saturday. This is evident to see as you also try different service stations and they were also unable to issue a token.
You have been a valued client of Prepaid24 since 2013 and this unfortunate technical issue resulted in understood frustration. We have escalated from our side again this morning and will try and assist you till this is solved.
We trust you understand now that this was not a Prepaid24 fault as we are merely the seller of tokens and do not control technical issues at your municipality.
We do however fully understand that you were left in the dark over a long weekend, luckily we could issue you with a manual token.... and why that worked we also do not know. At least that helped you on Saturday.
