No service!!!!!

Bought prepaid electricity.... Monies deducted from bank account..... No token as anount in transaction is R0. 00.......Not their rproblem........ Dont advertise as 24 hour service if there is no service.... Not the first time I had problems receiving a token.... Bad bad bad service...... Please go learn from Outsurance what the word service means
