Never received my token

Good day I would like to my experience with prepaid24. I bought a R100’s worth of electricity just to never receive my token. Then I kept going online to speak to someone to for help and no one seems to be able to help me. I am repairing this as ***** now because I paid the money into their account that was given to me and my money as well as my token is missing. I’ve spoken to a Freddy, Leandre and a Deano too which neither are able to help and Leandre was suppose to phone me back of which she never did. Thanks
