My mistake, Refund done
Firstly I should mention that the problem initiated due to a mistake from our side. We incorrectly made payment to Prepaid for a sizeable amount for which a voucher was then issued. Once I got through to the Manager, Christiaan Le Roux and he realised what had happened he resolved the matter very quickly. I am a satisfied customer and will continue using them as supplier as I have done continuously since 2012. Timon Bodenstein.
