Unable to get any joy from Joburg City on how to go about registering a prepaid meter which was left in my absence, Sarah has given me to the correct contact numbers, something that I failed to get from the City. Thanks Sarah

Yes, first and foremost we sell electricity and airtime online, but being the leaders in this space only happened because of the company's commitment towards client service. Client need contact details, right procedures to follow in each of their municipalities and new tariffs as and when they become applicable...It is providing answers on these that sets us apart from anybody else in the online space.
