<p>I had a problem getting my electricity token but it was actually the fault with the bank. Nigel from Prepaid24 was on live straight away, gave me detailed information as to what the problem was and how it will be resolved. Kept apologising for the delay. AMAZING!!! This is the second time I have contacted Prepaid24 live support (the first time was my fault!!!) and again AMAZING response. I just wish all businesses had this system. Congratulations Prepaid24. Keep up the fantastic work.</p>
