Live chat extremely helpful
<p>I've used Prepaid24's live chat service a few times (for stupid mistakes I made) and they have always been exceptionally helpful. They also managed to resolve all my issues within minutes. Since one pay a lot of money for these prepaid services, it is comforting to know there is someone at the other end, willing to attend to any problems one may encounter. </p>
