Dealing with this company has been one of the best customer experiences that I've had in a long loooong time.
The feedback is prompt, the manner of communication is highly professional and not only do they resolve the issue but provide other options for you to explore to make the experience even better.
My latest interaction was with an agent by the name of Veronique, but the culture that this company instills is clearly of a high professional standard as I've only received excellence.
I would strongly recommend that other SA companies try to learn from Prepaid24 to learn to learn some much needed lessons on customer service .
