Horrible service

L bought an uber eats token on a Sunday it was around 3pm. L had done an eft transfer and it was immediate so l waited and then on Monday that is today l had to contact bank and they told me the payment went through yesterday on a Sunday. Contacting prepaid24 on their WhatsApp they said it was not cleared yet l sent them proof and everything and they said 20 minutes it will be processed after almost an hour l contacted them again now they are telling me it's technicalities. It's the most horrible service l have received they are not assisting or anything it's one issue after the other.
