Help with getting history tokens form Prepaid24

I needed tokens of all the electricity bought from 2016 up to now since I have a serious problem with my Tswhane prepaid meter. Nigel of PrePaid 24 did everything he could to provide me with the information. It was quite a challenge since we had 3 different prepaid meters in one year, but he did it by sending me an Excel spreadsheet with all the information.

Now I can also proof to Tshwane that with a solar geiser and a gass stove we only used for 2 years between 9 and 11 kWh units. The new meter suddenly say that we are using 25 kWh per day and we are only 2 people in the house.
