Help Prepaid 24
A few days ago I made a payment to Prepaid24 for electricity using EFT. I made a mistake by entering x100 the amount I intended. I immediately contacted Prepaid24 on their Live Chat Support. Brendan rep**** and organised a refund within minutes and he even sent me a token for the amount of electricity I intended to buy. I am so glad I did not use the banking app to make the payment directly to the municipality. Really excellent service from Prepaid24.
