My prepaid tokens had not come through, I am used to them coming within 2 minutes of paying, I contacted them in Facebook messenger and Pete came back to me immediately, in the meantime I also did a query on the app and got an email from Vivienne also immediately, they took my meter number and my cell number and within ten minutes I had my tokens and everything was sorted, so impressed and happy,, I love the fact they answer me straight away and sort it out I don't have to wait. until the next day! Awesome service! I would recommend them to anyone!
