Great service from Vivian at Prepaid24
A huge thumbs up to Vivian from Prepaid 24. After attempting to recharge a CellC through prepaid24, and the data not being credited to my account, I contacted both CellC and Prepaid24. CellC continuously refused to acknowledge the fault and Vivian refused to give up. Due to the lack of accountability I cancelled my CellC contract, however Vivian persisted and over a month later, finally CellC credited my account.
