I was struggling with my FNB app (it wouldn’t let me buy electricity) and I was sitting on 0.9 units - full panic mode. I Googled and came across Prepaid24. Made the payment quickly, but didn’t receive the token.

I sent them a WhatsApp, and within 10 minutes they sorted it out and sent me my token, even though I hadn’t included the reference number! They went the extra mile to verify my purchase and help me out.
