Great service everytime

<p>I usually purchase prepaid electricity via FNB's banking app but quite often their system's go down and I can't buy electricity or airtime.<br /><br />This time around I was nearing my last unit of electricity and needed to top up fast, all while FNB's app wasn't able to do anything but make EFT payments. So I placed an order for more electricity and contacted the support team (at almost 11pm) and got assisted immediately by Cameron who said even though they couldn't yet detect my payment, so long as I forwarded through proof of the EFT they'd be willing to process my order.<br /><br />Thank you so much for saving me from running out of power in the middle of the night! You guys never disappoint :-)</p>
