GREAT SERVICE, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL & ON POINT:)

This was the first time I tried this online service as we usually purchase electricity via the banking app and shops. We have been trying since Sunday and no luck everywhere and on both banking apps, FNB & Capitec. Did a google search and found PREPAID24:). This was my last resort and my meter book was about to go on 0KW. Made the purchase and waited and these guys kept me updated continuously and in the loop. There was apparently an issue nationally to get prepaid vouchers. Even received a courteousy call to advise that they will send as soon as the municiplality in my area is back online. Finanlly after 3 hours, received my voucher and did not have to keep checking my app or the shops. This is a good company and very efficient, effortless to purchase vouchers and they check everything for you and know when the municipalities are back online. I just had to sit back and they did all the work. I will forever use their services and I am very happy that I found them. They saved me big time as if my box went to 0KW, I would have to take it and go directly to Ethekwini to reset my box has issues. Excellent company, friendly staff, efficient and professional. Highly recommend these guys, they are amazing:)
