GREAT & EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM PREPAID 24

<p>Had a problem with my internet payments which did not reflect as paid on Prepaid24 records. I was not sure where the problem was as the money was deducted from my account. This usualy never hapened but today out of the 6 tokens I purchased I only recieved four. Prepaid 24 blame it on the banking system but I am not sure why would the bank honour only some of the payments & not the others. Corne Joubert the online consultant of Prepaid24 was very helpful & tried her best to assist me in retrieving the outstanding vouchers. Must say she remained professional throughout although I was at my wits end. </p>
