Great, efficient service!
I signed up to Prepaid24 to purchase prepaid electricity online on 9 October 2015. The signup process was quick and easy, and I made my first purchase. The transaction was delayed, however, and I contacted support for assistance. Within 10 minutes I had a clear, courteous response from Vivienne, the problem was summarily resolved and I received my electricity token. I am grateful for the efficient, effective, and pleasant assistance I received. This is what great service looks like! Thank you Prepaid24, and well done!
