Great Customer problem solving
<p>Bought electricity online. For some reason or other my voucher codes were never sent. I contacted the call centre and was chatting to an assitant immediately using online chat. and my voucher codes were sent to me within minutes. super impressed wih the turn around time and ease of resolving hthis problem. Many thanks to Vivienne for the efficient customer support. </p>
