Gene Williams

Today whilst trying to navigate through the smart fund page, I was being assisted by Gene Williams on livechat. When it became clear that I was not having any success, she offered to call me in order to assist me better. She was helpful, friendly, efficient but mostly patient and for that I thank her. It's a sad state of affairs that prompt efficient service is no longer a given so when we do happen upon it, it's all the more reason to praise it. Well done Gene and thanks again !!!
