Garbage
Their transactions never reflect on your bank as being deducted and then after making several attempts you wake up the next morning to find all the transactions went through. Do yourself a favour and use any other option exept prepaid24 they are utter garbage.

However, please note that we do not have the ability to deduct funds from your account directly. Payments are made into Prepaid24's bank account.
If you've made a payment to Prepaid24's account and it hasn’t reflected, this is likely an issue with your banking app or your bank itself.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to your account to make any deductions and therefore we cannot reverse any payments.
For future purchases, please do not make more payments if the original payment doesn't reflect in your bank.
