Frustrated customer
I've been a customer of Prepaid 24 for many years. Today I needed to contact them because they have not sent me my electricity voucher since I paid them 9 days ago. There is no contact telephone number on their website and I get no response from their Live Chat despite 2 messages from me. VERY frustrating!
