Bought a R200 voucher and only receive R170.Bought a R150 voucher and only received R120. I paid 208 including service fee, and they invoice me 170…washing a lot of money these guys

As per explanation by one of our online consultants, Tshwane Users pay a monthly membership fee of R30 for unlimited transactions processed, and User support provided in the preceding month. This amount is deducted as a Third Party Levy from the first purchase in the following month.
