Fantastic customer service received from Tammy snd the Prepaid24 team. Really walked the extra mile to sort out a problem that was not their fault from the start. Friendly, patient, hardworking people who phoned me back late st night and even checked in long after my query was solved. Well worth 5 stars. Would give them 6 if it was possible!
