Fabian: Excellent Customer Service

<p>I purchased a prepaid token which l loaded but did not reflect the proper amount of units. I went onto the Prepaid24 LiveChat stream & within less than 5 minutes Fabian solved my problem & was excellent at providing me with information I had not known. He was most friendly & patient & understood that I needed help. Thank you for not being or getting cranky, irritated or being "full of it" which one gets with so many other customer service people even when one speaks to them kindly. Please don't stay doing this job but take the good from it. Allow it to grow you & learn as much you can about people. You have the potential to be so much more. Take Care.</p>
