Fabian was very friendly. He helped me so nicely with the changes on the app. I have been struggling with the app and really thought of deleting the app but he phoned me and explained what i needed to do and where to go in. Now i can buy power again without struggling. If anyone took that little bit of extra time then i wouldn't have struggled for a few months. Thank you Fabian
