excellent service with a smile
Thanks Samantha for the extra mile you went when I made a mistake and trf an amount of R50 000 instead of R500. Samantha and het colleagues stop the transaction in time, she even called me and helped with the mistake I made, I went totally in shock she calmed me and helped with the correct amount of electricity.<br> Prepaid24 refunded me. Samantha maybe if it was someone else they could have said it can be rectified but you did that extra thanks your a STAR from heaven. all involved and helping THANKS. thanks for the mails and telephone calls.
