Excellent Service!!! Prepaid24 and Freddy
I have had a top level service from Freddy at Prepaid24. EThekwini Municipality installed a prepaid meter at my residence on the 14th of Jan 2019 but omitted to tell us that we needed to buy our first token at the Sizakala Centre. We have been without electricity for approx. 6 hours and it was to late to buy a token from the Sizakala Centre. When I arrived home from work, I logged onto my computer and registered a profile with Prepaid24 and within few minutes, Freddy had called me from Prepaid24. Within half an hour after engaging with Freddy, my problem was resolved and my electricity was restored. Top service from Freddy and I will recommend Prepaid24 and Freddy anytime.
