Excellent service from Prepaid24 Live Chat Helpdesk
I received excellent service from Weronque at Prepaid24 Live Chat Helpdesk. I had a problem with a prepaid meter that was not yet active on the COJ system, for which I had already made a payment. Weronque found and allocated the payment to the correct meter number as soon as it became visible on their system, and generated a token in record time.
