Excellent Service from Prepaid24 Contact Center Agent
Excellent service from Abigail. We made an EFT payment with the incorrect reference to prepaid24, I contacted them via their Whatsapp channel. Abigail was very swift in tracing the payment and allocating it to our account, all done within 20 mins, no phone calls, no long emails, no bouncing back and forth between departments. Keep up the excellent work.
