Excellent service - Freddy at Prepaid 24
Freddy was thorough in his approach and stayed online showing commitment and wanting to ensure that all my queries were dealt and until I add completed my purchases. It was a pleasure to be assisted by him. Excellent client service and tenacity to see it through without giving up. Also patience as started the conversation not being very happy. This way of communication also saves on time holding on to a telephone line which can be frustrating.
